3 Business Terms & Conditions

3.1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard minimum order quantity is 200 sets per order. Custom MOQ arrangements may be available for qualified partners upon negotiation.

3.2 Order Process

All orders require written confirmation and signed purchase agreements
Product specifications, pricing, and delivery terms must be agreed upon before production
Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional costs and delays

3.3 OEM/ODM Services

Custom manufacturing services are subject to separate agreements detailing intellectual property rights, design specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

4 Pricing and Payment Terms

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment

5 Product Quality and Warranties

5.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured to meet international quality standards and undergo rigorous quality control processes before shipment.

5.2 Warranty Coverage

Standard warranty period varies by product type and agreement
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications

5.3 Returns and Exchanges

Return policies are established on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Kuafuwalk IP

The Kuafuwalk brand, website content, product designs, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of ZJG Nine CS Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd.

6.2 Customer IP

For OEM/ODM projects, customer-provided designs, trademarks, and specifications remain the property of the customer. We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer intellectual property.

6.3 Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business discussions and manufacturing processes.

7 Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Delivery Terms

Standard delivery terms: FOB (Free on Board) from our manufacturing facility
Alternative terms (CIF, DDP) available upon request
Delivery schedules depend on order size and product specifications

7.2 Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed shipping point, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

8 Limitation of Liability

Kuafuwalk's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation delays.

In such events, the affected party will promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

10.1 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or business relationships shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or appropriate courts as agreed by both parties.

11 Modifications and Updates

Kuafuwalk reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes affecting existing orders, we will provide direct notification to affected customers.
